Elena Favilli
Elena Favilli
grew up in Tuscany amongst olive trees and ribollita. She played soccer with a very defensive soccer cow and she soon learnt the highly refined art of billiards and roasting. She studied Semiotics in Bologna and New Media at U.C. Berkeley. She worked a while for McSweeney's in San Francisco and then for Rai in New York City. In Italy she worked for la Repubblica, Sergio Cofferati, Annamaria Testa, Fabrica and Topipittori. She adores logic, lapsus and paradoxes. She is a member of Kilodrammi. She always says that writing well is tiring.
